After reading it, I came here to look again at the good reviews that made me want to read this book in the first place. Then I realized something: the good reviews had the same grammatical errors and overused words (i.e. the word 'pertinent' in every paragraph) that the author makes in the book. The book is really only 55 pages since the rest are blank 'notes' pages and a 15 page excerpt from his horseracing book. I'd forgive this if his math weren't incorrect and his betting strategies unsound. I seriously want my money back. By the way, Tuttle is the same as Dainton W. Jordan, J. Frederick O'Leary, and others. Don't waste your money. It was Absolutely written in a manner to help anyone who wagers on baseball, as a way to better understand the ways in which you can put the numbers (odds), in your favor!This book is also filled with many anecdotal stories about the highs and lows of being an everyday baseball gambler (for at least 7 months of the year); as a way to give the reader added enjoyment throughout the read. Look for the "revised" version in late January of 2009.
