The Complete Idiot's Guide To Gambling Like a Pro ReviewThis book beats Frank Scoblete's books hands down - because it gives you the facts in a simple, easy to read and understand format. It doesn't promise to make you a big winner like Mr. S does. What a shame, the Idiot's seem to be way more realistic. (B-t-w, Stoker is obviously a plant - go read all the Scoblete reviews. That kind of makes this review stuff a lot of nonsense!) Buy this book and see for yourself how good it is!The Complete Idiot's Guide To Gambling Like a Pro OverviewIn this, the third edition of one of Alpha's most popular titles, authors Stanford Wong and Susan Spector update and revise the information that has made his book so successful. They explore in detail the most current ways to gamble, from coinless slot machines, to scratch-off games, to online gambling. Additionally, with the advent of the computer, Internet sports betting has become hugely popular. Even more popular is the gambling phenomenon of scratch-off games-there are seemingly hundreds of them available in a state-by-state basis. The authors also offer the lowdown on the latest gambling technology, most notably virtual reality-put on a pair of special glasses and play in any casino in the world (with credit card, of course).

The Ultimate Guide To Beating Baseball: The Mathematics of Consistently Winning at Baseball ReviewTHE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE MADE BY THE AUTHORS' ALIASES! This book is truly garbage. After reading it, I came here to look again at the good reviews that made me want to read this book in the first place. Then I realized something: the good reviews had the same grammatical errors and overused words (i.e. the word 'pertinent' in every paragraph) that the author makes in the book. The book is really only 55 pages since the rest are blank 'notes' pages and a 15 page excerpt from his horseracing book. I'd forgive this if his math weren't incorrect and his betting strategies unsound. I seriously want my money back. By the way, Tuttle is the same as Dainton W. Jordan, J. Frederick O'Leary, and others. Don't waste your money. I've never been outraged before about buying a book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The Ultimate Guide To Beating Baseball: The Mathematics of Consistently Winning at Baseball OverviewThe Ultimate Guide to Beating Baseball is an 11 chapter book, and it's the follow-up book by the hot new Author (Joseph J Tuttle), and the Author of 19 other handicapping booklets.Another wonderful characteristic of this book is the fact that it's very easy to understand. It was Absolutely written in a manner to help anyone who wagers on baseball, as a way to better understand the ways in which you can put the numbers (odds), in your favor! This book is also filled with many anecdotal stories about the highs and lows of being an everyday baseball gambler (for at least 7 months of the year); as a way to give the reader added enjoyment throughout the read. Look for the "revised" version in late January of 2009.
