Tort Law: Text and Materials ReviewI don't write reviews, but this book is so virtuous I had to show my support. For those students of Tort law, we know the nature of case law can be at best nebulous and equivocal. The struggle is often being able to access primary sources of law and quality commentary from academics and practitioners which are combined. This is crucial as both are needed to truly gain insight into the theoretical foundations and practical operation of the law. In short, this canon has it all and it is masterfully woven - the conceptual unity and teleological drive tightly brings together primary and secondary sources in a didactic blessing.
For those of you who have read many, many pages of dense verbiage only to be crushed by never ending loose ends and mixed signals - this book picks up on all those nuances us students need wrapped up in order to do what we have to do: understand, comment and argue effectively.
